Although the first set of books come Priority Mail – the subsequent shipments come in book-rate bags… AND TAKE FOREVER. I was also disappointed that the promised library is a VIRTUAL one — you choose books from their website and are then asked to go find another one because they don’t actually HAVE the one you selected. I had an entire list of 5 books that were all on the Bookswim website, but not yet available. I was disappointed that I had recommended the site to so many people before I got in the midst of the order/delivery mess.

I’m sure they’re in midst of some growing pains right now. I see their biggest competitor as the Kindle. By the time Bookswim gets their act together, I’ll probably have one of those!
